Are you thinking of buying a home and have no clue where to start?

A pre-approval letter is provided by your loan officer after a quick 15 minute conversation, stating that the lender is tentatively willing to lend to you, up to a certain loan amount

You have completed all the loan requirements by your lender and you got the best news "You are Clear To Close".  You are going to do a final walkthrough of the property to make sure any repairs are done and the home is in good shape.

You made it to closing, YAY!  You will sit at your closing attorney's office and sign all the lender documents, the deed paperwork and get an accounting of all the monies throughout the transaction.  Oh, and don't forget your ID!

Many people think they own a home when they sign at closing.  NOT SO MUCH!  You own the home once the deed records at the County Office.  Typically this happens the same day.  Hold tight because you're real estate broker will be calling with the great news
